What is MAT
Identify inhibited muscles. Restore the signal.
Muscle Activation Techniques® is a hands-on neuromuscular process. Where range of motion is limited, one or more muscles that should create that motion are often inhibited. MAT finds those muscles and turns them back on.
Assess Mobility
I start by taking a close look at where you are right now—what’s working, what’s limited, and what matters most to you. Whether you’re just getting started or trying to improve something that’s already in motion, this step gives us a clear, honest baseline so every next step is tailored to you.
Designed Solution
Together we look for the specific gaps, restrictions, or friction points that are getting in the way. My goal is to help you see the real issues clearly (not just the symptoms) so we can focus on the changes that will actually make a difference for you.
Identify Weekness
Once we understand what’s limiting you, I’ll help you prioritize the most meaningful next steps. I’ll walk you through the options, answer your questions, and make sure the plan feels doable and right for your situation.
Activate
When you’re ready, I work alongside you to put the plan into motion. You’ll get clear guidance, straightforward communication, and support that’s focused on you—not a generic process. The goal is simple: help you move forward with more confidence and less friction.
